Since 2004, Metamorphosis Pilates and Fitness in Sykesville, MD, has been helping people transform their bodies and their lives with classes in Classical Pilates, Personal Fitness Training, Tower Class, Cardio Interval Stepper, Hatha Yoga, Vinyassa Yoga, Belly Dancing, and Flirty Girl Fitness.  Small class sizes with highly trained and certified instructors and professional pilates equipment will encourage and challenge you in a comfortable, non-competitive atmosphere.  Owner Sharon Tringali, a well respected certified Power Pilates instructor, has taught group fitness, provided personal training, and directed group exercise and fitness facility activities for more than 15 years.
