What is a kolache? A kolache is a eastern European pastry that is made with a fruit, cream cheese, cheese, and/or meat filling. Kolache Kreations bakers adapts generations old recipes to bake up fresh circular pastries loaded with fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. Kolache is considered a favorite Czech pastry throughout Texas and Lousiana now being baked at Kolache Kreations in Ellicott City.

We offer freshly baked kolaches, cookies, muffins, and you will be able to find scrumptious cakes sold by the slice. We also have Maryland's own Orinoco coffee & espressos, Hershey hand dip ice cream, fresh smoothies, bubble tea drinks, teas, fresh sandwiches, and wraps.
