Charm City Karate and Life Skills Center provides martial arts instruction for both children and adults. Stimulating classes for kids balance life skills with physical training. Children will learn healthy attitudes, such as self confidence, respect, and perserverance, as they develop and improve their karate skills. Adult and young adult classes provide instruction in Kenpo Karate. Kenpo develops coordination, strength, flexibility, and mental focus, and is the ideal art for learning self defense. Classes focus on the individual and provide personal attention for each student.
