Fresh milling eliminates the chemical processing of the whole grain flour and captures more nutrition from the wheat kernel. Check out our bakery at our new location in Catonsville, MD. My experience was good. Disappointed that the variety of bread was limited - all the varieties that are made on premise were not available.
